Instructional Systems Design in Adult Education (UG Cert)
Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to develop effective practitioners in the areas of instructional design and adult education. The mission of our program is the preparation of professional educators and allied practitioners, including professionals in adult education and instructional technology.
Learning Outcomes
Adult Learning
Students will describe the unique characteristics of adult learners.
Instructional Design
Students will apply concepts and principles of instructional design in adult education to practice.
Instructional Tools
Students will integrate technology in the development of instructional materials and tools.
Program Evaluation
Students will apply concepts and principles related to educational program evaluation.
